Island Shine Detailing Terms & Conditions
By booking with Island Shine Detailing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Commitment
• We aim to provide a stress-free detailing experience while prioritizing proper techniques and vehicle safety.
• No service will be performed if it risks damage to your vehicle.
2. Vehicle Condition & Safety
• Customers must disclose any mechanical or cosmetic issues (e.g., low battery, stuck windows, etc.) before service.
• Inform us of any hazardous materials in your vehicle (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline). Failure to do so may result in liability for health or safety issues.
• If a vehicle cannot be detailed, a 25% fee may apply, including no-shows.
3. Appointments
• Please arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period.
• Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition, package, and time required.
• Additional charges apply for excessive pet hair or debris.
4. Equipment & Modifications
• We do not remove or install custom equipment (e.g., seat covers, subwoofers, bumper stickers). Please remove these before your appointment if cleaning underneath is required.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A 24-hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur a 25% fee.
6. Payment
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Personal Check, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon service completion.
7. Media Use
• We may take photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, but they will not be sold or shared with third parties.
8. Damage & Liability
• We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage resulting from detailing.
• Major damage caused by an accident during service will be reimbursed through a pre-approved body shop/vendor.
• Any post-service concerns must be reported within 24 hours, with touch-ups scheduled within 3 days if necessary.
